Ans. In case of fraud, falsification or disruption of the smooth running of the test session noted by the prescriber, the approved center of handover or the CCI Paris Ile-de-France, sanctions are taken by the disciplinary commission of the CCI Paris Ile-de-France.

For the candidate, the sanction may consist, depending on the type of fraud or falsification, of a cancellation of the test or possibly of the certificate issued, and / or a ban on taking the test for a period fixed by the commission. The decision of the Disciplinary Commission is communicated to the fraudulent applicant, the awarding center and the prescriber.
