On April 28, 2023, the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) joined hands and signed an agreement with Employability Life, a career development organisation. The agreement between the two parties aims to provide better employability outcomes for the students so that students can cater to the needs of the continuously changing workplaces.



An official statement from AICTE stated that the agreement would allow all the AICTE-affiliated institutions to develop online career development webinars for their students centred on growth mindset, cultural intelligence, career intelligence, digital intelligence, and influence.



TG Sitharam, chairman of AICTE, said students and stakeholders should be prepared for future jobs and roles allocated to Industry 4.0. He added that the students should get better employability outcomes by introducing experience in their education so that they can manage the rapid changes in their workplaces.



Supriyo Chaudhuri, CEO of Employability Life, said Employability Life seeks to ensure that the benefits of digital prosperity are widely circulated. The Indian educational institutions will produce the majority of the global technical workforce in the upcoming years. By collaborating with AICTE, we are not only delivering a future-proof education system for Indian students but also constructing a global solution for the digital economy.



Co-founder and vice president of Employability Life Marketa Mojzisova and other officials of All India Council for Technical Education were also present on the occasion.
