This course provides training in elementary education. In the first 3 years of the course, aspirants can study a combination of theory and practicals. However, in the last year of this course, they get a chance to teach directly in school as a part of their training.

In addition, the learners can pursue this course in both Hindi and English language. It also involves an ocean of knowledge, communication skills, child psychology, and pedagogical knowledge that will be very worthwhile for scholars.

B.El.Ed candidate can become a pre-primary teacher, junior content writer, career counselor, proofreader, etc. The average starting salary of B.El.Ed graduate is from Rs. 3 lakh to Rs. 10 lakh per annum.
