B. Tech in Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering includes the knowledge of the science of food and processes that are used in food making and production. Food technology and biochemical engineering aid in sorting the problems like deteriorating food security, depleting energy sources etc. Not only this, It involves different stages that are involved in food production from raw materials to a wide diversity of processed and preserved food.
