Diploma in Orthopaedics is two year course which is divided into 4 semesters. Orthopaedics is a department of medicine that involves specialists which are handling the concept involving the musculoskeletal system. Both non-surgical and surgical methods are used in this field of medicine for treating organic disorders, tumours, infections, degenerative diseases, sport injuries and musculoskeletal trauma. The aim of this course is to provide the proper care to common musculoskeletal problems by the major care providers.
This course highlights the significant of an orthopaedic technician in ensuring a clean and sterile surrounding. They are introduced to invasive and non-invasive procedures in a lab setting.
