The collaboration between the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) heralds the introduction of an avant-garde Master Training Programme in High-Performance Computing (HPC).

This specialized program seeks to nurture adept trainers well-versed in the nuances of High-Performance Computing. Prospective candidates, equipped with a robust command of the C programming language and adeptness with the Linux Operating system, are invited to submit their applications. Additionally, candidates should express a keen interest in actively contributing to the execution of Faculty Development Programmes, slated to commence from April 2024 onward, spanning the nation.

The curriculum encompasses a spectrum of topics, ranging from HPC basics and an in-depth exploration of computer architecture and HPC clusters to an introduction to Linux and shell scripting, Parallel Programming Models, Job Schedulers, and a foray into CUDA and its programming.

Candidates must note that the application window remains open until January 20, 2024. The training regimen unfolds with a week of online sessions, seamlessly transitioning into two immersive weeks of offline training.
