As a part of a tripartite MoU (memorandum of understanding) between the Commisionarate of Collegiate Education, India Matters Foundation, and the Osmania University College of Engineering, a Global Cell was introduced in the placement cell building of Osmania University College of Engineering.

Global Cell will be a one-stop destination/platform responsible for delivering information regarding admissions to universities overseas free of cost till the students get their visas.

Representatives of (GECF)- the Global Education & Careers Forum, will spend one day every week in the college in order to interact with students at their convenience. At other times, students can connect online with the representatives to clarify their doubts or seek answers.

Prof J Upender, OUCE placement officer, encouraged students to avail the facility. The GECF intends to organise an overseas education fair shortly at MJCET.
