The primary objective of this program is to attract and support the most talented Master's scholars from India over three years. Professor Peter Haynes, Imperial College London's Vice-Provost for Education and Student Experience, expressed enthusiasm for the launch of their most extensive scholarship programme for Indian scientists. The programme is designed to create a pathway for India's most talented students, allowing them to enrich their studies and broaden their experiences at one of the world's premier universities.

Furthermore, Imperial College has entered into a new partnership with the UK government's Chevening Scholarships programme, which will fund three additional Master's scholars from India over the next three years. These scholarships will cover tuition and living expenses for students pursuing Master's programmes in engineering, natural sciences, business, and medical research.

The scholarship opportunities provided by Imperial College London offer aspiring and gifted young Indians access to world-class education in the UK. The application deadline for this year's Imperial College London's Chevening Scholarship partnership is November 7, 2023. All students who have submitted applications to study at the university and receive an offer by May 11, 2024, will be considered for the Future Leaders Scholarship.
