Microsoft India To Launch Blogging Contest- Azure Blogathon
Recently Microsoft India launched Azure Blogathon- a year-long technical blogging contest that will allow participants to share their experiences with building solutions on Azure. A jury panel of IT experts will be announcing the winners in the last week of each quarter. The three winners from the Azure Blogathon will get a Surface Pro X, while the other 25 blog submissions will each receive an online voucher worth Rs 2000.

Recently Microsoft India launched Azure Blogathon- a year-long technical blogging contest that will allow participants to share their experiences with building solutions on Azure. The three winners from the Azure Blogathon will get a Surface Pro X, while the other 25 blog submissions will each receive an online voucher worth Rs 2000.



The first 50 bloggers on the platform will receive unique t-shirts, and the writer of every valid entry will get an Azure Certification Exam Voucher. The selected blogs will get a chance to be published on the Blogathon website, which will help educate developers across the globe to scale in building solutions on Azure.



Winning blogs will be selected based on the validity and quality of their content. The blogs must have in-depth technical content containing examples, working source code, and technical details. The blogs should consist of relevant scenarios and use cases on the Microsoft Azure platform.



A jury panel of IT experts will be announcing the winners in the last week of each quarter. Hence, allowing the winning bloggers to become community leaders and win prizes. As an incentive to the contestants, winners for each quarter will get an opportunity to become part of the jury for the next quarter giving them bountiful recognition.



The tech giant, in an official statement, said that this Blogathon will help developers share their innovations, ideas, and learning in the form of blogs and introduce them to the opportunity to become developer community leaders and win exceptional prizes. The contest will be separated into four quarters, and each quarter will focus on a different theme. The theme of the first quarter will be Azure-focused Programming Languages.



The firm informed in its press release that with the KPI of driving more than 25 high-quality blogs per quarter, a repository will be developed by the end of June 2023. The content will be collected as late as the last week of October, giving contestants time to experiment with their blogging dexterities and submit quality content.
