MIT-WPU & Tata Motors Joined Hands for Partnership in Placement and Educational Programmes
The MIT World Peace University and Tata Motors have joined hands to establish industry intakes in associating the industry-academic gaps for the students and launching various development projects. This partnership between Tata Motors and MIT World Peace University will aid the university by providing students with the proper guidance and platform to build and enhance their skills.

The MIT World Peace University and Tata Motors have joined hands and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) intending to establish industry intakes in associating the industry-academic gaps for the students and launching various development projects. The MoU will be appropriate in delivering relevant infusions for curriculum designing and will also be providing live projects, placement and internship opportunities, and resuming education programmes for working professionals, among others.
The two parties signed the MoU for three years, and in the existence of Mr. Mohan Savarkar, Mr. Prashant Dalvi, and Mr. Santosh Bannur (from Tata Motors) and Dr. Prasad Khandekar, Mr. Manas Kapoor, Mr. Manas Kapoor Dr. Deepak Hujare, Mr. Pravin Patil, Mr. Sudarshan Arya, Dr. Ganesh Kakandikar, Ms. Rupali Nilekar, Prof. Mahesh Pradhan, Dr. Kundlik Mali, and Dr. Ganesh Kakandikar from MIT World Peace University.
Senior Director CIAP, MIT World Peace University, Mr. Pravin V Patil, stated that Tata Motors is a revealed name in the automobile industry. The MoU or partnership will help our students, management, and faculty become industry-ready professionals. He added that we aim to bridge the gap between education and hands-on training by providing upskilling opportunities to our students and working experts or professionals.
Vice President, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors, Mr. Mohan Savarkar, said that Tata Motors had expanded sustained focus on cultivating talent and fostering industry-relevant skill development within the youth of the country through its initiatives over the years. He added that Tata Motors is delighted to partner or collaborate with MIT WPU for this venture and hopes to give promising young students a platform to pave the pathway for entrance into the industry.
This partnership between Tata Motors and MIT World Peace University will aid the university by providing students with the proper guidance and platform to build and enhance their skills. But also to harness their efforts in the right direction via excellent job opportunities.
