This scholarship will provide 2,000 pounds for programmes in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Faculty of Arts & Humanities and 2,500 pounds for programmes in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry, and Health, Faculty of Engineering, and Faculty of Science.

The University of Sheffield, United Kingdom, has recently announced a scholarship for international postgraduate students joining the university from a few selected regions to study a master's programme in September 2023. Interested students can apply for the scholarship by visiting the official website- sheffield.ac.uk.



This scholarship will provide 2,000 pounds for programmes in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Faculty of Arts & Humanities and 2,500 pounds for programmes in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry, and Health, Faculty of Engineering, and Faculty of Science.



Candidates would not require to fill out any additional scholarship application if they fulfill the eligibility and award criteria. The scholarship programme is for full and part-time students only. Students learning online or through distance learning are not acceptable for scholarships.



Eligibility and award criteria




  • Your master's programme should be arranged to start at the University of Sheffield in September 2023.

  • Candidate must accept the offer for the study programme before 16:00 (UK time) on June 16 in order to receive this award.

  • The International Postgraduate Taught Sheffield Scholarship 2023 will be rewarded automatically (no application required).



Also, Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) and Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) programmes are not eligible for the International Postgraduate Taught Scholarship 2023. Students must mention that master's courses divided between the University of Sheffield and an associate institution are ineligible for a scholarship. All Crossways and Erasmus Mundus programmes are also not eligible for an automated scholarship.
