Recently, the University of Waikato announced various scholarship packages worth NZ$ 500,000 exclusively for Indian students. Interested students can register or apply for the scholarship by visiting the official university website- waikato.ac.nz

The scholarship include the Vice Chancellor’s International Excellence Scholarship, which will deliver a deduction of over NZD$ 15,000 towards tuition fees.

Steps to apply for the scholarship:

Step 1: Open the browser and visit the official university website- waikato.ac.nz

Step 2: After reaching the home page, click the link to find a scholarship.

Step 3: Now, click on the 'international students' option.

Step 4: Select your desired scholarship and fill out the form. Complete all conditions and save the form for future use.

Step 5: Save & submit the application form with all other documents and eligibility details required.

The scholarship is open to new students at the University of Waikato and those coming to study here for face-to-face (offline) study in 2023. The scholarship is obtainable for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Interested students should have acquired a conditional/unconditional offer of place from the University. They must have a minimum GPA-equivalency of B+ in the qualification to achieve entrance to the University of Waikato.

These scholarships will be given to high-achieving Indian students for 2023 intakes on the basis of their academic performance and additional holistic achievements.
