The University of Essex, United Kingdom has introduced a scholarship programme for Indian students who wish to pursue their Master's degree in the UK. Under the Academic Excellence International Masters Scholarship programme, the university will offer various scholarships to Indian students.

The scholarship will be available for the University's Sept 2022 and Jan 2023 intakes.

Through the programme, financial aid up to Euro 5,000 will be provided for Indian students on academic merit. The scholarship will be paid as a discount on the tuition fee as it will be awarded as a partial tuition fee waiver.

The scholarships will be provided for full-time taught master's programmes leading to MA, MSc, MRes and LLM degrees.

However, these scholarships will be provided for the 1st year of master's study only and are restricted to overseas students who are entirely self-funded and not fully or partly sponsored.

The eligible and interested candidates can apply for their desired programme through the official website of University at essex.ac.uk.

After completing the application process and fulfilling the set criteria, the candidates will automatically be evaluated for their eligibility for the scholarships and it will be granted if they meet all the eligibility criteria.
