76% Students Recorded for CUET-UG First Phase- NTA

The CUET UG 2022 first phase was conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). The CUET UG was held between July 15 and July 20, and the attendance percentage recorded during the first phase of the exam was 76.48 percent.

According to the reports, 84.35 percent attendance was recorded in Bihar and was the highest turnout among registered aspirants. On the other hand, Meghalaya recorded the lowest with 11.28 percent attendance.

According to National Testing Agency, out of 2.5 lakh aspirants, only 1.9 lakh students allotted slots in the first phase took the exam. The first phase of cuet ug 2022 has taken place on July 15, 16, 19, and 20. The exact percentage of the aspirants recorded in the first phase of CUET UG was 76.48 percent. However, the CUET UG second phase will be held on August 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 20.

Other than Meghalaya, where out of 319 candidates, only 36 (11.28 percent) were present in the first phase, Arunachal Pradesh also had a low attendance percentage of 23.6 percent, observed by Sikkim with 41.34 percent attendance, and Mizoram with 46.28 percent attendance. The states with the highest attendance were Haryana with 80.6 percent, Jharkhand with 82.30 percent attendance, Delhi with 82.69 percent, and Uttar Pradesh with 83.70 percent attendance.
