The Delhi HC (High Court) has demanded from the UGC (University Grants Commission) to elucidate the mode of the final year exam which is to be conducted by various universities.

Various examinations held by different universities have been cancelled due to the corona pandemic. With regard to this, the UGC issued revised guidelines which state that the final year exams must be held by the September month. This decision has been challenged by the students across the nation.

Justice Pratibha M Singh asked the UGC to clarify the mode of the examinations as well as the assessment.

As per the recent guidelines of UGC, the exam can be conducted offline, online or in both modes.
