Financial Support Scheme (FSS) Overview:

Eligible Students: Full-time UG/PG students at Delhi University from certain income categories.

Income Criteria:

• Below Rs 4 Lakh: Possible fee waiver up to 100% or a maximum of Rs 10,000 (excluding exam and hostel fees).


• Between Rs 4 Lakh and Rs 8 Lakh: Potential fee waiver up to 50% or a maximum of Rs 8,000 (excluding exam and hostel fees).


• Exclusions: BTech students in specific programs and those enrolled in the five-year integrated law program are ineligible.

Application Requirements:

• EWS/OBC-NCL Certificate or annual family income certificate issued by a competent authority post-March 31, 2023.


• Latest Income Tax Returns (2022-23) for specific family members.


• Bonafide certificate from the respective Department/Institute.


• Mark sheet from the last examination, latest Fee Receipt, and Bank Passbook/Cheque copy.


• Deadline: January 10, 2024, by 5 pm.
