There is a survey by NSO that approximately 52% of females between the age of 3 to 35 years are admitted to schools, colleges, and other institutions. Moreover, around 6.0% of females have never enrolled in the institutes.

National Statistical Office (NSO) organized an educational survey which shows that as compared to other states, Himachal Pradesh has the significant percentile of females under 35 years old who joined educational institutions.

According to the report of ‘Household Social Consumption on Education in India’, Himachal Pradesh stood on the first position in regards to literacy rate, enrollment, and attendance ratio. The predicted population in rural Himachal is 1045 females and 1000 males. However, it is quite low in urban areas. It is 904 on the basis of the national average.

Himachal is the highest in the country just like Kerala and Uttarakhand. Not only this but it also has the highest gross attendance ratio and net attendance ratio in the section of education.
