Online Schooling Has Started Taking a Psychological Toll on Students

As we all know schools are closed because of the pandemic of COVID-19. As a consequence, Indian school has adopted the Digital System of Education.



The children who belong to the upper-middle class and wealthy families are getting online education that is merely 24%. Children who are between the age of 5 and 18 have an internet connection that is 11.5%. But the life of children is stuck on the screens of the computers or laptop.



A survey conducted between May 15 and May 17 shows the experience of the children regarding online education. Moreover, the feedback from 155 learners has been received across 13 states namely Assam, Bihar, Delhi, Haryana, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Manipur, Odisha, Rajasthan, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal.



Moving on, students are taking classes for 5 days in a week. So, to attend these classes learners have to use new devices. Around 54% of students are using smartphones. And 40% are using laptops and PC. The rest of the 6% are using iPads. Approximately 47% of scholars are enjoying online classes.
