The second phase of the open-book exams of Delhi university will be starting from September 14 and the exams will be held in both modes i.e. online and offline mode. The safety precautions have also been set for the exams to make the process 'contactless' completely.



The exam is conducted by DU for the candidates who couldn't appear in the first phase held from 10 August to 31 August. The candidates who wish to upgrade their scores, PwD (Person with Disability) students or candidates who couldn't upload their documents/ answer sheets can also appear for the second phase.



This time around, there are some additional measures added such as the candidates have the option to select the examination center in less crowded areas, social distancing must be followed, the candidates are allowed to bring their own sheets of papers etc. The candidates are also advised to bring an undertaking assuring their corona free status.



The candidates can bring their own laptops/ mobiles to download question papers, sanitizers, water bottles (transparent), gloves and masks.



As per the official notification, the colleges are yet to be finalized for examination centers which will be decided after analyzing the number of candidates who are opting for the offline mode exam. The exams will be held in two shifts and the seating arrangements will be decided as per the UGC regulations.
