Bhupendrasinh Chudasma, who is the Education Minister of Gujarat claimed that the schools will not be reopened in the state. Apart from this, schools who are charging fees from the students in the lockdown period, have to pay penalty and legal actions should be taken on them.

It has been informed that the administration has been getting numerous complaints from many parents. As parents have to pay fees for their children even when the schools are closed.

On the basis of many reports, fees are collected from more than 10000 learners in government schools. This year, 298 government schools are full of admissions in Rajkot.

The school education head of Rajkot 'Vipul Mehta' has claimed that a large number of parents are choosing the Government schools as the fees in private schools are very high.

Moreover, parents are complaining about the increment in fees to the regime. After this, the Education Minister made a promise that they will take strict actions against this definitely. The Minister also emphasized that the Board will also reduce the syllabus of schools by one third because of the pandemic situation. The decrement is taken place after the reduction of the CBSE syllabus.
