Colleges seek undertaking from medical students before exams in Maharashtra

The undertaking declared, “I agree that the colleges are following all the necessary safety measures to prevent the Covid- 19 in the college. However, by chance if I get trapped in the infection of COVID then the institution is not going to be responsible for it."



Apart from it, It is claimed by the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences that undertakings are collected by the Medical colleges from the scholars that the colleges will not be responsible if any learner get infected by COVID - 19 during the time span of exams. Learners of dental (BDS) can give exams from August 4 to August 18.



Dr Rajesh Gondhalekar declared, “ We will carefully take the safety precautions during the time of exams by following the rule of social distancing and use of sanitizers. But we cannot handle any responsibility of what happens to the students during the exams."



" Covid Suraksha kavach” is introduced by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences for all the learners who will conduct the exams. In a condition if any student get trap in Covid- 19 then the University will provide 1 lakh for the treatment and also Rs 3 lakh in case of death because of the virus.
