Dharmendra Pradhan Launched Learning-Teaching Material for Foundational Stage
On February 20, 2023, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan launched the Learning-Teaching Material for Foundational Stage (Jaadui Pitara). The event was launched at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre (DAIC), New Delhi, at 10:30 am.

On February 20, 2023, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan launched the Learning-Teaching Material for Foundational Stage (Jaadui Pitara). The event was launched at (DAIC)- Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi, at 10:30 am.



On his official Twitter handle, Dharmendra Pradhan tweeted that, looking forward to launching and unboxing the #JaaduiPitara. It is an innovative, child-centric learning pedagogy that will train young children for the life-long learning journey and fulfill one of the most important recommendations of the National Education Policy (NEP 2020). The Learning-Teaching Material for Foundational Stage was introduced in the sight of the Minister of State for Education, Annapurna Devi, and the National Steering Committee on NCF, Chairman Dr. K Kasturirangan.



The event was live telecasted on PMeVIDYA DTH TV and NCERT's official YouTube channel.



Recently, Dharmendra Pradhan also launched the Yuva Sangam portal in order to build empathy between the youth of northeastern states and those from other regions of the country. The initiative aims to strengthen and support people-to-people connections. The Yuva Sangam portal was launched in collaboration with different ministries and departments such as culture, railways, youth affairs and sports, tourism, information and broadcasting, home affairs, DoNER, and IRCTC.
