The social media platform Instagram has launched a guide to help students readapt in the environment of offline classes after 02 years long the COVID shutdown.
The guide 'Readapt and Readjust: Back to the Classroom' has been launched by Instagram in collaboration with the 'It's Ok To Talk initiative' of the Fortis National Mental Health Program, Fortis Healthcare, and Sangath.
The aim of the guide is to assist students in readapting to the offline school environments, preparing for in-person examinations, and managing exam stress, especially Class 10 and Class 12 Board Exams.
Under this initiative, the students will be provided with practical tips to manage exam priorities and study accordingly, learn strategies to confront and handle associated stress triggers, and study techniques to boost concentration.
Moreover, the guide will also teach relaxation strategies for short-term relief and essential self-care practices to handle mental health for a long duration.
The guide also provides tips and advice on several important subjects such as 'readapting and readjusting', study environment, prioritizing and setting tasks, and time management, among others.
Instagram, keeping in mind the significance of time management, also launched 'Take a Break'. This new feature has been launched to empower people to make knowledgeable decisions about time management.
Director of Fortis National Mental Health Program Dr. Samir Parikh said, "This guide is a useful initiative that would enable students to build insight, knowledge, and tools to deal effectively with stress. Let’s empower students with the skills that would guide them towards optimal performance and success".
