A new app, Kisan Sabha app, has been developed for farmers to connect them to Supply Chain and Freight Transportation Management System. The app has been developed jointly by the CSIR-CRRI (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research - Central Road Research Institute). The app connects the farmers, service providers, transporters, mandi dealers, customers and other entities related to farming which makes it a one-stop solution. The app has 6 major modules taking care of: 1) Farmers; 2) Mandi Dealers; 3) Transporters; 4) Mandi Board Members; 5) Service Providers; 6) Consumers.

The objective is to provide economical logistics support to the farmers.
