The MPSC exam which was scheduled to be held on October 11 has been postponed due to the corona outbreak, as per the announcement made by the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Udhav Thackeray. The exam was scheduled to be conducted on October 11.
The announcement was made by CM Thackeray after conducting a meeting with Maratha outfits and the cabinet sub-committee.
The CM also announced that the decision was taken keeping in mind the requests made by students asking for more time to prepare the exam as state libraries were shut due to corona outbreak. He added, "After discussing with all the stakeholders, we have decided to postpone the MPSC exam scheduled for October 11".
The protests to postpone the exam were organized by the Maratha outfits along with their protests against the stay order on quota implementation for the community which was ordered by the Supreme Court.
