The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has launched a toll-free helpline number for students. The Board has launched the helpline number for students appearing for board exams.

The students can call on toll-free helpline number 18002330175 between 08 am to 08 pm as the helpline service will remain active on all days including holidays.

Through this initiative, the Govt aims to ensure effective counselling of students who might experience mental stress before or during board exams. The students will also be provided counselling before or after the declaration of the result.

Moreover, an academic panel will also provide academic help to the students through this helpline.

Through the helpline, other important instructions will also be informed to the students regarding the exam.

The Govt will also provide career counselling, information regarding dietary habits, communication of Covid-19 protocols, and health during exams via the helpline.
