A job portal, namely Rozgar Bazar, has been launched by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Monday for recruiters and job seekers. The portal is jobs.delhi.gov.in.

Due to the lockdown caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, several businesses have been hit and many people have lost their job.

"There are people who want jobs and there are traders, businessmen, contractors who are not getting the right people for their jobs. This portal will fill this gap by bringing them together to one platform" was the statement given by the Delhi CM in a virtual press briefing.

The website, within the 6-hours of being launched, drew tremendous response from both the groups, job seekers as well as employers, as released in an official statement.

Mr. Gopal Rai, Delhi's Labour Minister, announced that the registration on the portal is free of cost and no fee will be charged for any registration.
