UAE: From Monday, the United Arab Emirates (UAE's) cutting-edge visa system is ready to come into effect.

UAE announced new visa rules last month, which include multiple advantages like a 10-year extended golden visa scheme, a new multiple-entry tourist visa, and a 5-year green residency favorable for skilled workers, which will enable them to stay in the country for more than 90 days.

These changes in the visa rules can have a prominent influence on tourists and those who want to work in the UAE.

UAE's new immigration laws:

1. The 5-year green visa will enable foreigners to sponsor themselves without help from UAE nationals or their employees. Freelancers, investors, and skilled workers are eligible for this visa.


2. Now, people who hold green visas can sponsor their family members themselves.


3. If the permit for a green visa holder expires, they will have a period of up to 6 months in order to renew their visa.


4. A 10-year extended residency will be provided under the golden visa. Entrepreneurs, individuals, and investors with exceptional talents and skills are qualified for a golden visa.


5. Now, golden visa holders can also sponsor their family members & children.


6. The family members & children of a golden visa holder can also stay in UAE after the holder's death until the visa is valid.


7. According to the new immigration rules, golden visa holders will also witness the advantage of 100% ownership of their business.


8. According to the new rules, tourist visas will enable visitors to stay in UAE for 60 days.


9. A 5-year multi-entry tourist visa will allow travelers to stay in the UAE for more than 90 days in a row.


10. The job exploration visa will also enable professionals to aspire to employment opportunities in the UAE without a host or sponsor.
