Union Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal has launched the 'MyNEP2020' platform of NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) Web Portal. The web portal will be functional from April 01 to May 15, 2021.

According to the official notification, the platform aspire to invite suggestions/ memberships/ inputs from the stakeholders to prepare a draft. The draft will be prapared for the development of NPST (National Professional Standards for Teachers) and NMM (National Mission for Mentoring Program) membership. NCTE will discuss with individuals and/ or organizations to prepapre the documents.

The received inputs will be reviewed by the expert committee during the consultation. After reviewing it extensively, the draft will be formulated for public review.

The platform 'MyNEP2020' will be functional from April 01 to May 15, 2021.

The practice of digital consultation contemplates the participation of education professionals, teachers, academicians and other stake holders to prepare the documents on teachers policy for positive and sustainable changes in the Teacher's Education Sector.

The final draft will be prepared after reviewing the comments for notification.
