The Uttar Pradesh government is encouraging young professionals to participate in the Chief Minister’s NIPUN Bharat Associates (CMNBA) initiative. This program seeks to pair them with experienced district leaders to enhance the NIPUN Bharat Mission. Those interested can submit their applications through the website cmnba.in.

Collaborating closely with CMNBA, the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow is actively involved in this initiative. Participants will have the opportunity to gain insights from both seasoned district leaders and the esteemed faculty of IIM Lucknow. The primary focus of the program is to equip individuals with the skills necessary to address formidable challenges within the education sector.

The Uttar Pradesh government emphasizes that participants will receive valuable learning experiences and guidance from both district leaders and the faculty of IIM Lucknow. The central objective of CMNBA revolves around ensuring that all 1.91 crore primary school students in Uttar Pradesh receive a strong foundation in essential learning. Those taking part in the initiative will collaborate with influential decision-makers to enhance the quality of education within their respective districts.

Initiated by the Ministry of Education, the National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy (NIPUN) Bharat program is designed to ensure that every child possesses proficient reading and mathematical skills. This initiative aligns with the principles outlined in the National Education Policy (NEP) of 2020.
