Provincialisation refers to the process of assuming the responsibilities of non-government schools, which were established to serve society through education. This includes the payment of salaries and other benefits to teachers, ensuring the welfare of the educational community.

These extensive job opportunities in the education sector reflect the government's commitment to strengthening the educational system and providing employment opportunities for aspiring educators and professionals in Assam.
