The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh has launched the Young Professionals for Development Programme. The Programme has been launched to provide an opportunity for Graduates, Postgraduate and Professionals students to work with the government.



The Govt will appoint a total of 52 Research Associates (Young Professionals) in each of the districts of Madhya Pradesh and they will be mentored by 06 advisors. These associates will gather objective feedback from the people on the Government's functioning, according to the official statement.



The Programme will continue for the duration of 01 year on a contract basis.



The last date to submit the application forms is Sept 13.



Eligibility Criteria: The interested candidate must possess the desired academic qualification from any recognized/ reputed institution. They must have an academic record of 60% and above.



The candidate must also have innovative and creative thinking; must be able to demonstrate advanced problem-solving and analytical skills; and must be able to work with diverse stakeholders.



The official notification also added that the job demands extensive travelling.



Remuneration: A remuneration of Rs. 40,000/ month will be granted to the Research Associates and Rs. 60,000/ month to the Advisors, along with the House Rent Allowance at the rate of 15% of the remuneration/ month.



Selection Process: The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of a Computer-Based Test and Interview. The CBT is scheduled to be held on Sept 27, 2021.
