Tamil Nadu's Free Breakfast Scheme for all Govt Primary Schools; over 18 lakh children to benefit

The finance minister presented the Budget 2023-2024 in the Assembly. Abling the Budget, he said, reform initiatives led to a reduced revenue deficit from around Rs 62,000 crore to Rs 30,000 crore.
