IIT Dhanbad Will provide Free Education to JEE Advanced Top Rank Holders

IIT Dhanbad decided to offer free education to 5 students out of 600 on the merit list of JEE Advanced. The education fees, accommodation, and food facilities of these five students will be waived. The initiative by IIT Dhanbad will be executed from the academic session 2022-23.

Russia Is All-Ready To Introduce a New System of Higher Education in 2023

For the first time, a timeframe has been offered for when Russia will drop out of the Bologna system, set up in 1999 in order to develop a universal standard for higher education across Europe and acknowledged in 49 countries. The action at a time of elevated geopolitical tension with the West over the war in Ukraine. There is a chance that the new system will be grounded on the 2+2+2 concept, which offers more flexible options and opportunities for students to change their educational programme.

DU to Begin A Centre For Disabilities Studies To Make Education All-Inclusive

Bipin Kumar Tiwari, an officer on special duty at the Delhi University's Equal Opportunity Cell, said that Delhi University is beginning a centre for disabilities studies under which various courses will be started. The centre's emphasis will be to make education and administration more all-inclusive. He added that the centre would offer a superior priority on sign language. He said we plan to start several computer-related & skill enhancement courses under the centre.

ICC Launched New ICC Training and Education Programmes

The International Cricket Council further emphasized its continued commitment to developing the game of cricket by releasing the data from the first year of the latest ICC Training and Education programmes. The course is offered via a combined learning technique that integrates online and face-to-face training, and over 200 people have already been certified within the first sixth months of its beginning.

Amazon Launches 'Amazon Future Engineer' Computer Science Education Programme

Amazon Future Engineer aspires to manage the gap by bringing access and early exposure to computer science education through in-person, online and integrated learning formats. In India, the programme will focus on the students in 6-12 classes and will also provide training to teachers for guiding computer science more engagingly. Amazon is carrying out this education programme in the UK, France, India, the US, Germany, and Canada.

KCMET- K.C. Mahindra Education Trust Appeal Applications For The Mahindra All India Talent Scholarships 2022

KCMET is asking for applications for its annual MAITS Mahindra All India Talent Scholarship in order to encourage and support students from low-income households who desire to seek a job-oriented Diploma course from identified Government Polytechnic Institutes in India. A scholarship award of Rs. 10,000/- per annum is given to 550 students every year for a maximum period of 3 years.

Foreign Education Scheme Offers Wings To Tribal Learners in Kerala

SC/ST Welfare Minister K Radhakrishnan said that we executed several schemes in the past 50 years for the exhilaration of SC/ST students. They can compete with other communities only with the help of good education and jobs. He informed only 62 students had profited from the foreign education scheme until 2021. However, in the past 18 months, we delivered Rs 25 lakh each to 250 students, 15 of whom belong to ST.

Services of Education Providers Will Be Regularised in 3 months, says Punjab Education Minister

Punjab school education minister Harjot Singh Bains stated that the state government would complete the procedure to regularise the services of education providers in three months. Bains added that the Punjab state was dedicated to the welfare of the employees, and this has been clearly proved with the decision to regularise the services of more than 8,700 teachers on Teacher’s Day.

Delhi Education Department to Distribute Science Competitive Exam Books To All Its Schools

The number of sets which will be given to each school will be specified according to the number of students who were enrolled in science subjects the previous year. As many as 907 Chemistry books, 907 Physics books, 789 Biology books, and 596 Math books are being distributed among the schools in Delhi.
