Germany: Bavaria to Face Disapproval of DSW for its Plan to Initiate University fees for non-EU students

The Bavarian State of Germany is preparing to initiate tuition fees for non-European students, and unions defending students' rights have opposed the decision. DSW Secretary-General Matthias Anbuhl explains that although they have to prove that they have enough budgets to register in the amount of €10,300, the authentic expenses of studying abroad cause them problems, especially the rental costs.
