In a significant stride towards sustainable infrastructure development, the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee Development Foundation (IITRDF) and SYSTRA MVA Consulting (India) Private Limited (SYSTRA India) have united forces for a groundbreaking CSR project named "Exploring Ultra-High-Performance Concrete: Micro to Macro Perspectives."
The joint initiative aims to delve into the complexities of Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC) to optimize its application in sustainable infrastructure projects. By employing state-of-the-art research methodologies and advanced technologies, this collaboration seeks to revolutionize the construction industry's approach to building durable and resilient infrastructure.

At the MoU signing event held at IIT Roorkee on November 8, 2023, key figures including Mr. Hari Somalraju (CEO, SYSTRA India), Dr. Nishith Gupta (CTO, SYSTRA India), and representatives from IITRDF and IIT Roorkee’s faculties, including Professor KK Pant (Director), Professor R D Garg (DORA), Prof. Praveen Kumar (HoD, Department of Civil Engineering), Professor Manish Shrikhande (Earthquake Department), Professor Sudakshina Dutta, Professor Anumita Mishra, and Vaibhav Sharma (F&A Manager, IITRDF), were in attendance.
