A new migration partnership has been signed between India and the UK to benefit young Indian and British professionals to live and work in one another's countries. This will boost work visas for Indian citizens and enhance migration cooperation between the two countries.

  Home Secretary (Priti Patel) and Indian Minister of External Affairs (Subrahmanyam Jaishankar) signed the ‘Migration and Mobility Partnership’ to make it easier to live in each other’s countries to enhance cooperation and to combat immigration crime and fraud.

  UK will offer the best opportunities to all the brightest and best talents from India and around the world to come, live and study as well.

  It will allow up to 3000 young Indian professionals to come to the UK each year.

  This new post-study Graduate Route will allow eligible graduates to stay in the UK and it will offer this another way to build careers and experience in the UK as applications will be open on 1st July, 2021.
