A dedicated web-based package has been designed by the team of research scholars and students of Allahabad University to help the staff to work from home more efficiently.

The 'New File Management System' will help all university departments and their staff to deal and process filing system online with confidentiality and safety, was the statement issued by the officials. For this process, the computers of the accounts and administrative sections will be connected with separate servers.

It's a vigorous package with a two-step authentication process. The user will use the login credentials provided by the admin staff to access the account and the second authentication will be done by the Google Authenticator app.

RR Tiwari, the Vice-Chancellor, also mentioned that the users will be able to pass on the files to the next person in the hierarchy to add or remove notes within the system. He also added that each employee will be given a unique ID and to maintain the security of the system proper tracking of the files will also be done.
