Banaras Hindu University has introduced the 'Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Internship' for students. The internship has been launched for professional exposure and to promote employability.



This internship has been launched for the duration of 01-year internship against 100 positions in 05 different industries. The shortlisted students will be provided a monthly stipend of Rs 20,000.



Through this initiative, the University will enroll students in Master programmes in Education, Library Science, Physical Education, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, BEd and MCA. In future, more disciplines will be added by the BHU to the internship scheme.



Eligible and interested students can register for the internship through the official website at bhu.ac.in



The candidates will be shortlisted by a screening committe formed by BHU VC. The committee will interview selected candidates and make recommendations accordingly.The shortlisted candidates will be assigned jobs on the basis of their qualifications and available opportunity. The Sponsored Research Industrial Consultancy Cell (SRICC) at BHU is managing this internship scheme.
