The Central Board of Secondary Education in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar has launched the Eklavya series in schools.



The Board has launched the Eklavya series in schools with the objective to provide clarification on NEP and to demonstrate the effective implementation of NEP (National Education Policy) 2020 across the schools.



Under the series, an interactive online educational program will be provided that will contain several hands-on projects, activities, models to support in interpretative understanding of thought-provoking questions, various topics, assignments to encourage out-of-box creative thinking.



The Board has commenced the registration process on Sept 10, 2021. The registration process is free of cost and compulsory. The schools will broadcast the 1st episode on Sept 26, 2021, and the topic will be Newton's laws of motion and Neeraj Chopra.



According to the statement released by the Board, the content will cover topics in the Mathematics and Science Curriculum of Class 06 to Class 12 and will be varying levels.



The students can also watch the live episodes on the official Youtube page of CCL IITGN.



The Board will also grant a Participation Certificate for all modules and a Certificate of Competency. The Certificate of Competency for the whole programme will cost around Rs.100 + Tax.
