CBSE has still not announced a fixed date for the declaration of the result of class XII. The delay in the result by CBSE is causing a lot of panic among the students who plan to go abroad for higher studies. Even the parents of the students traveling to Canada, the UK, or other countries stated that because of the delay in results, they have not been able to apply for visas.

One of the students, who is going to travel to London for higher studies, gave a statement that recently he read in the newspaper about the visa backlog due to which the government had to interfere. A parent whose daughter has reserved admission to college in France was concerned about the delay in the result. He was worried that his daughter would reach late at her destination. He also added that we keep hearing about the visa backlog, and due to the delay in the result, they have not been able to apply for a visa.

Not only the students and parents are worried about the delay, but the consultants who guide students to go abroad are also worried about the situation. One of the career counselors, Alok Bansal, stated that while applying for the visa, submission of the mark sheet is mandatory along with the offer letter. Students are facing challenges because the result is yet to be declared.

Students can apply to some Universities in Canada based on predicted scores, but colleges and universities in other countries do not offer such an option. Also, it takes about a month for visa processing, and some students may miss the August session of the delay in the results.

International Baccalaureate (IB) have already declared their results, but the Council For Indian School Certification Examination (CISCE) and Central Board of Education have still not announced the results. The CBSE result for standard XII is still expected to be declared only in the last week of July.
