Enables SSC Multi-task (non-technical) HR Exams to be Conducted in 13 Local Languages: JITENDRA SINGH
The first exam in multi-language (MTS 2022) will start on May 2.

The Center has an HR selection committee in 13 local languages. In addition to Hindi and English, There have been repeated calls for the SSC exams to be conducted in languages other than English and Hindi in various states, especially in Southern India.





According to a statement from the Ministry of Human Resources, the decision will allow hundreds of applicants to take the exam in their native/regional language, improving their chances of selection. Singh said the action ensures that everyone has an equal opportunity to apply for jobs and that no one is disenfranchised or disadvantaged because of language barriers, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi.





The Department of Human Resources and Training (DoPT) has approved the implementation of the 2022 Staff Selection Board Multitasking (Non-Technical) Staff (SSC MTS) exam and the 2022 Combined Higher Secondary Education Examination (CHSLE), according to JITENDRA SINGH. The test papers are available in Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Odia, Urdu, Punjabi, Manipuri (Meiti), and Hindi, according to the statement. It is written in 13 regional languages, including the native Konkani, and English.





The announcement of the 2022 MTS exam has received a positive response from candidates, especially those from South India and social media, according to the minister. Singh said state and federal territorial governments will use the opportunity for local youth to take exams in their native languages, and campaign to encourage the many attendees to pursue pastoral careers to help build the nation. Explained that its plans to start efforts were made to eventually include all languages listed in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution.
