Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Manohar Lal has proposed the financial budget for the year 2021-22. This time the total budget is more than 1.45 lakh crore rupees. While presenting the budget, the government has considered several factors.

The government declares some significant reforms. Yes, the government has declared that now in Haryana, education from class 9th to class 12th will be free for all the students.

This decision has been taken as usual parents drop out their children after class 8 due to high school fees. But now, since education is free, the level of illiteracy will definitely decrease, and the youth will be lifted in the right direction.

Along with this, new policies will be started for the farmers, and the legal help for SC ST candidates will be increased from Rs. 11,000 to Rs. 22,000.

Chief Minister stated that this time we proposed a total budget of Rs. 1,55,645 crore, there is an increment of 13 % compared to last year.

Along with all this, he also stated about the Health sector. He said three-year policies would be introduced and in every city hospital, 200 beds will be allocated. In Yamunanagar, Kaithal and Sirsa, new medical colleges will be inaugurated, and the Aayushman Yojana cards will be accepted. Families having a yearly income of Rs. 5,00,000 will get benefited through the Aayushman Bharat Yojana policies. In every hospital, private rooms and ICU will be set up.

Further, the Chief Minister stated that the Anganwadi centres would be upgraded to the playschools. In two phases, 500 creches will be upgraded.

Further talking about education, he stated that with the help of the super 100 programs, we are successful in getting the best gems of the state that too from the government schools.

A budget of Rs. 20 crore will be allocated for Kurukshetra and Rohtak universities.

The Haryana government has actually taken the education of the state seriously and proposed great plans and policies. We hope that these reforms prove to be great for the betterment of the country, and more of the youth can get benefitted.
