The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) and Imarticus Learning, India’s famous professional education firms, have joined hands in order to launch its global senior leadership programme to upskill professional leaders with at least 5-year professional experience and desire to secure administration roles in Finance, Operations, Human Resource, and Marketing functions.

This collaborative programme aims to teach professional managers the essential expertise in order to navigate the challenges in the domain and achieve proficiency in engaging with different CXOs within and outside the association. The learning experience of the programme offers two tracks. The first track provides training for core general management skills. The second track prepares experts for the required skills to transition into the position of a CFO/CMO/CHRO/COO.
