IIT Kanpur Introduced Five new eMasters Programmes in Economics, Fintech, and Business analytics

IIT Kanpur- The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur recently introduced five new eMasters degree programmes in fintech, business analytics, and economics. The programmes do not need a GATE score for registering and can be sought without pausing professional careers.



Interested candidates can apply for the programmes by visiting the official website- emasters.iitk.ac.in. The deadline to apply for the January 2023 academic batch is December 4. The Department of Economic Sciences, IIT Kanpur, offers the three eMasters degree programmes.



The classes/lessons will only be carried out on weekends via live interactive classes associated with self-paced learning. The 60-credit, 12-module industry-focused real-world curriculums are taught by faculty members and researchers from IIT Kanpur.



These also provide a credits transfer facility where a waiver of more than 60 credits can be transferred for higher education (MTech/Ph.D.) at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT Kanpur). Students of these eMasters degree programmes get access to the IIT Kanpur placement cell, alumni network, and incubation cell.



The eMasters degree programme in economics and finance in business will provide professionals with a practical understanding of economic tools, financial concepts, and pricing mechanisms with a central emphasis on business finance.



The eMasters degree programme launched by IIT Kanpur in economics, finance, and data analytics will enable professionals to heighten their understanding of economics and finance with powerful exposure to quantitative economics and data analysis.



The Economics, Finance, and Public Policy programme will allow professionals to construct the relevant knowledge and capabilities required for the dynamic policy planning and implementation procedure.
