Scholarships for Indian Students at University of Birmingham Dubai: Check Eligibility to Apply
The University of Birmingham Dubai has declared scholarships for Indian students- domiciled or those living in India. Interested students can apply for the scholarship by visiting the official website- birmingham.ac.uk/dubai.

The University of Birmingham Dubai has declared scholarships for Indian students- domiciled or those living in India. Interested students can apply for the scholarship by visiting the official website- birmingham.ac.uk/dubai. The value of the scholarship will be notified based on expected grades or on meeting the offer conditions once the student has submitted their application and received an offer from the university. Students can acquire up to 40 percent of their tuition fees.
If you are an Indian student and want to apply for the scholarship, follow these simple steps:
- Step 1: Open your browser and visit the official website- birmingham.ac.uk/dubai
- Step 2: Keep scrolling on the homepage and click on Dubai scholarships.
- Step 3: You will reach a new page. Scroll towards the end and click on apply now option.
- Step 4: Click on the link to select a new curse and click on apply now.
- Step 5: Log in or register and fill in all the necessary details in the application form. Upload all the requested documents, photographs, and signatures, and submit the application form.
The authorities will get back to you via your registered email once the university has reviewed your application and taken a judgment.
Eligibility criteria for the scholarship
- Interested candidates will need to show a certain level of English language proficiency, either via an English test such as PTE, IELTS, or TOEFL.
- Some institutes may require previous or alternative qualifications as evidence. Students of class 12 higher secondary certificate with an average score of 65 percent from CBSE, ICSE, and West Bengal State Board are allowed entry to Birmingham Foundation Academy. All other state boards mandate 70 percent overall.
- In the case of a postgraduate degree, the candidate should either hold a four-year bachelor's degree (first class or excellent upper second class) or a three-year bachelor's degree (first class) from any identified institution in India.
- Candidates should have scored at least 65 percent in mathematics from CBSE, ICSE, and West Bengal State Board for physical sciences and engineering.
- In order to apply for a Biology-based degree, the candidate should have at least 65 percent in Biology from CBSE, ICSE, and West Bengal State Board.
- The business school will consider holders of three-year degree programmes (first class or excellent upper class) from any recognized institution in India for MSc programmes.
- The university will accept applications from 3 or 5-year LLB holders from India from prestigious institutions for an LLM degree.
