The Uttar Pradesh government has planned to build an education township in the state. According to the Yogi Adityanath government, the education township will be formed based on the concept of Single Entry, Multiple Exits.

The government stated that the move would offer high-quality education to the youth and provide them with various professional skills on a single platform. Besides, it will offer accommodation and several other facilities to the students and teachers. Yogi had recently instructed authorities to prepare a comprehensive action plan for setting up five education townships in the state during a meeting with delegates of consultancy firm Deloitte India to probe ways to make Uttar Pradesh a $1 trillion economy.

The Chief Minister's office wrote that the government aims to provide high-quality education to the youth and equip them with various professional skills on one platform. The focus of this township will be on high-end education, built on the idea of Single Entry, Multiple Exit (come like a blank paper and carry multiple skills). This township will cater to students from not only the country but also Latin American, Central Asian, and African countries.

Education Township by Uttar Pradesh Government Includes:

• Prestigious government and private universities in the country and the world will be able to extend their campuses in the township.


• There will be primary and secondary schools like Atal Residential Schools in the same location.


• Universities and colleges will be launched for undergraduate and postgraduate studies, wherein studies and research works connected to management, law, medicine, and technology will be carried out.


• The education township will also include skill development universities where training will be imparted to the youth in diverse classifications of skills. Many other coaching institutes like Abhyudaa will be commenced in these education townships so that more and more students can be successful in competitive exams such as IIT, NEET, Union Public Service Commission, etc., to be conducted in the country and the state.


• Education township will offer proper accommodation to the students and teachers.


• The students will be able to gain profit from cheap education loans with the introduction of the Single Entry, Multiple Exit system in the state.
